Why GKnown exists

It started with Google Ads

Google Ads is the work I know best, and it is still the core of everything we do.

But the same thing kept happening. The ads would be working. Good traffic, sales coming through, cost per sale where it should be. Then you look at the rest of the store and there is always one piece missing. No abandoned cart email going out. A product page losing people at the last step. A customer list nobody had emailed since the last sale.

None of it was a mystery. It just came with another price tag every time, so it never got done and the ads carried the whole store on their own.

So we rebuilt GKnown around one fee, for online stores only. Everything a store needs to be found and chosen, for one monthly price. No quote for every extra thing, and no cut of your ad spend.

You deal with the person doing the work, not an account manager reading out a report somebody else wrote.
